Join Sfoglia on Thursday May 15th as we host A Castello Romitorio wine Dinner and a Grand Reopening after the winter renovation. Chef Ron Suhanosky will prepare a five course Tuscan feast perfectly paired with these beautiful wines from Montalcino in Tuscany. After a recent trip to Tuscany we can truly appreciate the beauty of these wines and the tradition involved.

Sfoglia's Piedmonte Wine Dinner

Sfoglia restaurant will be hosting an evening featuring the wines of the Piedmonte region, home of Italy’s most sought after wines. Two producers will be featured, Ciabot Berton and Gianni Voerzio. These two producers are very different in style. Ciabot Berton is very traditional in the style of making wine and Gianni Voerzio has a more modern approach.
